the tip is not about in-game fov, which is maybe the context you’re used to seeing “fov” in. it’s about reducing your actual field of view, the extent of what your eyes can see, not what the game camera can see. your real body will feel better by reducing your real fov and sitting farther away from your computer :)… Read more
